Growler. Pours clear orange, bright, with a fluffy off-white head that leaves thick lacing. Aromas of sweet, fresh pine, grapefruit peel, and slight dough. The flavor is sugary spruce and bitter pine, bready malt, and a little sugar and citrus peel in the finish with some alcohol. Pretty sessionable; medium carbonation and full-bodied, and nearly creamy. A tasty IPA; I could have a few more of these. [605]

Had this on tap last night at dinner with my wife for Valentines Day. Ive got a bit of a sinus issue so my impressions may be way off. I found the aroma very weak, a bit of something fruity but no strong components. But it tasted much better than it smells. Very strong floral taste with citrus, maybe grapefruit, notes. Not a lot of malt components. Finish is dry and quite bitter with a nice linger. Very enjoyable beer and great with dinner.

Bottle. Clear light amber with dirt white head. Aroma is fruity with mango, passionfruit, some pineapple, flowery hoppy with some resin and a hint of cat pee. Taste is fruity hoppy bitter with notes of resin, pine, caramel and a round fat note like fried butter. Carbonation is quite soft and the body is medium.

Bottle. Deep copper clear with a big white head. Smells of sweet orange peels and grass. Taste is malty with some fruityness, grass and hay. Finish is very bitter and suits this beer very good. Much grass and herb feel in the finish. I also find the etiqette awsome

Nice hoppy aroma to start with, caramel malts are noticeable as well. Pours a clear golden amber with a tight white head. Nice blast of hoppy flavors, strong pine and citrus notes come through. Moderate bitter finish, very little malt notes come through. A fairly tasty beer, but could use a bit more malt to balance out the hops.

Bottle 33 cl. Golden, a bit hazy with a minimal orange head. Fruity aroma with a lemon sence. The taste is still fruity with a malty sence after a while, nice bitter/citrus ending. ok

Pours golden amber with good head. Decent sweetness from the malt and a somewhat prominent hop profile. Not my favorite hops, but still a good beer. Goes down smooth.

0.355l bottle. Pours a bronze semi hazy amber body with a finger size fluffy and fading head. Nice and fruity nose. Sweet with a nice hopyness, a little citrus, pines and perhaps some grapefruit. Really lively carbonated and medium bodied. Hopy bitter with lots of pine flavors, still quite well balanced. A good and easy to drink IPA with a long and nicely lasting bitter ending.

Bottle. Pours clear copper with a large, frothy cream colored head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is average malt (cookie, biscuit, caramel, toast), heavy hops (floral, pine, citrus, herbal), and average esters (apple/pear) with notes of alcohol and mint. Flavor is average malt (cookie, toast, caramel), heavy hops (floral, herbal, citrus), and average esters (apple/pear) with notes of mint, alcohol, and sweat. Medium body, warmth, and carbonation, low creaminess with a dry and biting finish. The aroma gives one hope but the beer falls apart in the mouth.

CampesinoTino (800) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 3, 2011
Bottle. Cloudy dark orange and amber colored in appearance. The aroma is a mix of caramel malt, grapefruit citrus and hops resin. The flavor blends orange citrus and floral hops with toasted malt and caramel. It finishes dry with moderate carbonation and a strong bitter aftertaste. The overall flavor borders on Double IPA territory and goes down fairly smooth although its a little on the bitter and medicinal side.
