Dark brown colour with small white head.Aroma is citrus bitter with note of caramel and pine.Flavor is dry and bitter with note of greapfruits and hops with nice heavy finish. ROGUE (2215) - Lewes, Delaware, USA - DEC 31, 2008
12oz bottle. Poured an orange amber with a soapy off white head and minimal carbonation. Head leaves bits of lace. Smells of Citrus and pine with a whiff of caramel. Taste has a nice malt that leans toward a caramel sweetness. Hop level seems pretty light for this style. Lemon and grapefruit are the dominant hops flavors. Finishes with a mild bitterness

Aroma is full of hops, mostly floral and some citrus. Flavor is hoppy, citrus, some malt and a taste of honey. Has a fairly bitter finish. not bad at all. Sweet, hoppy and very clean, this is an everyday ipa for me. Memorable because of a little mishap in the alcohol volume here, this was sold in the normal shops and they aren’t supposed to sell over 4,7% stuff. No wonder this was more delicious than the run of the mill ordinary shop IPAs.
