On tap @ SL Liquors. Pours a hazy copper color with a 2 finger, slightly off-white head. The aroma smells of grass, earth, citrus, spice, and then a flat feeling sweetness across the back. Taste of yeast, bready malt, with some herbs, spice and a nice hop finish. Mouth Feel was medium to light body with moderate carbonation, crisp, and dry.

Aroma: A sturdy level of wheat notes (banana, clove, bread yeast).
Taste: Spicy bitter hops, banana and citrus. Black pepper, crusty. Finishes surprisingly spicy and bitter.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, slightly rough, lively carbonation.
Overall: Elegant. Not too bad. Very balanced, very drinkable. Most likely pairs well with food.
Serving: 12 oz. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a slightly hazy, deep gold color with a rocky, off white head. The nose has earthy honey notes. Wheat and grain on the tongue. Refreshing but a little unremarkable.
