Had a bottle of this at the recommendation of a friend. The pour is a pale clouded gold with a light white head topping it. It doesn’t smell particularly strongly, very faint whiff of citrus comes through. The body was thin with a nice crisp bit of carbonation to it. The taste is a little bit dry, with only a tiny bit of spice and citrus coming through amongst the wheaty spine of the thing. Overall seemed to me like a rather plain offering.
Pours a thick hazy yellow body with a thick white head, that leaves a fair amount of lacing. Aroma is earthy with cloves, and a little citrus. The flavor was rather strange, nothing stood out except a musty and bitter taste. The bottle says its a seasonal, dont know if its old (brewed in 08’)but it should still be good. Dont know if i would try this again. Tasted on 8-27-08 DavoleBomb (1867) - Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 18, 2015
Poured into a perfect pint.
3.0 A: Murky golden wheat color. Around one finger of frothy white head that fell quickly and left no lacing.
4.0 S: Great smelling beer. All of what I want in a wit is here - lots of coriander, orange peel, citrusy orange, peppery spiciness, and neutral wheat. Good proportions on everything.
3.75 T: Tastes pretty good too. Coriander, pepper, orange peel, wheat, citrus. The orange peel is a little more bitter than expected, but it works well enough. Really tasty.
3.25 M: Lighter to lighter medium body. A little more carbonation than I’d prefer. Slightly creamy, but could be more so.
3.75 D: Seems like most breweries who make a witbier make it well and this is no exception.

Due to its persistent dense foam it limited what slips through the flavors, but a little citrus and coriander is there however room for. The taste is like a wheat beer should be: fresh, light and thirst-quenching. It is almost as spicy and rich as the classic Belgian witbiers, but it has a pleasant and not too aggressive bitterness with light citrus notes. A genuine wheat beer enthusiast will certainly find it boring, and it is also a wheat beer that do not leave the biggest footprint in memory. It is reasonable and delicate easy to drink. Bottle at the Express, pours blonde with a clingy white head. Nose is spicy, bready and lemony with a faint tartness. Body is crisp and dry-sweet with Saison notes, but a bit watery. Lightly bitter and oddly sweet in the finish. nihtila (3603) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 28, 2015

12 Fl. Oz. bottle. Poured cloudy, yellow, nice head and nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of grain, citrus notes and coriander. Taste is spicy, some yeast and grain. Crisp and refreshing. Drinkable and enjoyable. Holmen1 (5840) - Stavanger, NORWAY - MAR 5, 2015
Sigmund (7390) - Tau, NORWAY - MAR 3, 2015
Shared 355 ml bottle at local tasting, from Voldby Købmandsgaard. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate but nice aroma of citrus, a hint of coriander. The flavour is fairly decent too, but would probably be even better if the bottle had been fresher. Some malts and citrus, only a hint of coriander. abemorsten (3593) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - MAR 3, 2015
