Yowzers what a delicious witbier; definitely going into my Brew Hall of Fame!!! This brew poured up a cloudy straw-colored body sporting a huge frothy head with awesome retention and lacing! Hints of clove, lemon-grass, sweet malts, spices, mellow yeast and light citrus-y fruits (lemons, oranges). The body is very light and exceptionally refreshing; scents and flavors complement well with none overpowering the other. doboy (424) - Morehead City, North Carolina, USA - JUN 16, 2007
A very good Belgian Wit. Smooth and even from the first sip to the last. Definately one of the top summer beers! pamoja (57) - Rochester, New York, USA - SEP 2, 2007
Very sexy looking hazy beer. Balanced wit beer with spice and sweetness. Orange peel with cilantro. Unreal!! djensen47 (11) - San Francisco, California, USA - FEB 16, 2009

Appearance. This beer has cloudy yellow-orange color. The head is white and doesn’t last very long.
Smell. The bouquet has citrus, lemon, with a hint of orange and spice. The aroma has a hint of unroasted grains.
Taste. The taste is crisp with light citrus, like lemon with a hint of coriander. It is sweet and refreshing with very little bitterness.
Mouthfeel. This beer is light bodied, crisp, and has no bitter aftertaste.
Drinkabili This is a smooth witbier and it is easy to drink more than one of these in a single session.

cloudy yellow pour with abundant long lating head. citrus flavors are very present in the aroma...but dicipate in the taste to make a very evenly flavored beer.

Bottle poured with swirl and yeast sediment. Great taste and aroma. Beautiful beer. Citrusy and good texture. tillmac62 (768) - Gaffney, South Carolina, USA - JUN 26, 2014
BBD 232/14. Pours a pale yellow with a very slight haze. Massive head with excellent lacing and retention. Very nice Belgian nose of coriander, orange and yeast with a slight pepper note. Light medium body with a smooth texture that has some creamy feel to it as well. Slightly above normal carbonation that yields a nice effervescence on the finish. The flavor profile is complex and well balanced. The flavors of the nose are all present, with coriander and orange being most prevalent. The finish is crisp with just a touch of pepper underlying the coriander. While not as flavor intensive as Allagash White, this one is still outstanding. Kevin (2217) - Montana, USA - JUL 20, 2007
bottle. poured a very hazed yellow. yeasty nose very estery with a light citrus spice. taste- enjoyable, sweet, banana yeast goodness. very light and was perfect at the end of a long day that involved a mile trek in wet socks. sweet and spice balance well here. i really enjoyed the flavor of this. on a side note i just bet this would be great with a few hundred pounds of raspberry thrown into the fermenter. regardless, this is a very good beer. i expect to drink more of this this summer.
