Great Belgian ale with great structure and body. Probably one of my very favorite Flying Fish beers because it’s straightforward but complex too. Really satisfying and food friendly.

Gainesville, Fl - Total Wine & More - 12 oz bottle. Sparkling, medium golden pour, quickly fading light bubbly off-white head; nice bubble action. Sweet, fruity aroma, hints of banana and a hint of saffron spice. Solid Belgian flavor, some pear fruitiness, light bubble gum action, some yeasty notes in the back end. Thick mouthfeel with a nice spritz to it. Larry_Duffman (537) - - DEC 15, 2016
I poured it from the bottle into a glass. It pours golden with a white head and lacing. The aroma is fruit and spice. The taste is banana, spice, and earthiness. It’s prickly and flavorful. This is pretty decent. floydslip (401) - Washington DC, USA - NOV 30, 2016
Slightly hazy copper-colored beer with a medium fizzy bright white head. Somewhat sour nose of lemon, clove, and rice wine vinegar. Flavor is not quite as sour and spicy, and is actually more on the sweet side with prominent kandi sugar, sweet cereal grain, and pear followed by a rather dry bitterness that ends quickly, Good beer in the Belgian style.
