COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Suburbia gets a bad rap. Without Suburbia, so many of us wouldnt have the teenage culture or common unifying experiences that gave us something to rebel against. Brewed with late addition hops, and just enough malt to provide a smooth, bready body, Genius of Suburbia ISA is a quirky suburban brew that still makes a statement against brewing conformity.

Bierdimpfe (575) - Quebec, CANADA - JAN 31, 2017
Super bright pale straw color with moderate pearly activity. Creamy and bubbly white 2 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, with a bit of lacing. Flavors of pineapples, grapefruits, sweet grains, lemon, soft clove, caramel, herbal spices. Light creamy and smooth medium body with soft prickly and crispy carbonation. Balanced sweetness and bitter leafy hops. Medium strength finish of lingering light citrus and tropical fruits, coupled with grassy hops and a hint of flowers. Soft thin taste but well intensified for the style, could be enjoyed while eating. Overall good quality session IPA, packed with decent flavors.

[email protected] - quite clear dark blond beer under a solid long lasting white foam, nice lace; resiney hoppiness with notes of pears and quinces; thin-bodied, solid but subtle carbonation; quite bitter; short and dry fruity hoppy finish of quinces and pines
