COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Three strata of raw cacao nibs, cacao powder, and chocolate malt layer a triple doozie of chocolate in this unique Milk Stout. Earthy espresso notes and creamy chocolate dominate this ruby-lit, burnt umber bodied beer simmering with a welcoming 10% ABV of bittersweet warmth.

2014 rating. Pours a thick frothy brownish head but dissipates fairly quickly to a thin coating. Has a dark brown appearance. Almost immediately the chocolate aromas abound. Has some notes of vanilla and coffee as well. The flavours are an insane mixture of malts, chocolates, cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Cookie dough taste in the finish and a little bit of brown sugar also. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy, seems like actual chocolate milk. Aromas and flavours are so strong that the 10%abv really doesn't register as much, very well hidden. Much more sweet than bitter. This one's very good and surprisingly quite easy to drink, but a bit much after a whole bottle. Made to share.

Lots of chocolate. So much it overtakes the stout vibe. Not much roast present. Black pour with good head and lacing. Sweet finish. A little tang. Bottle.
