November 18, 2015 - at Bar Hop BrewCo, on draught. Slightly hazy pale gold with a decent creamy off-white head. Nice pungently catty aroma with some alcohol and Belgian spicy/sweet yeast character. Taste follows, but a lot of lemon zestiness and some odd sour mash grain character I wasn’t expecting (7-). Chewy, solid, light acidity and mild carbonation - medium long non-aggressive finish, but it really coats lightly and the aftertaste sticks around like and uninvited guest. Sold as Farmhouse IPA, 6.2%. Tap sample at Folly. Darkish amber golden with moderate white head. Nose very juicy not too hoppy in terms of bitterness with a rather strong farmhousey layer underneath. Tastes as expected, it’s juicy sweetish with a rather dry farmhousey effect. Modest carbonation, body rather strong for a 6.2% IPA. Nice brew. KansaiBeerLvrs (5234) - Kyoto, JAPAN - SEP 18, 2016
Imposter Syndrome Farmhouse IPA 6.2% Tap at the brewery.jamestulloch (4212) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 30, 2016
A golden copper with a filmy head and peppery, clove and hop aroma. Medium to light bodied with smokey, lime, white pepper and a somewhat puckering grapefruit pith flavor. Uniquely interesting.
Keg at Folly Brewpub. Hazy amber body with a thin white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of strawberry and marmalade. Flavour of strawberry smoothie and salted bread. Medium body with a smooth, creamy texture. Soft fizz. Fruity and distinctive. ametras (1685) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 20, 2016
500ml bottle. Hazy orange with a foamy off-white head. Flavors are dough, toasted cereals, lemon, grapefruit peel, stone fruits and pepper with herbal and funky notes. Medium body, moderate carbonation, oily texture.

Tap at the brewpub. Grassy hops, hints of lime, and papery pie crust. Lively mouth feel and carb. Finish is medium bitter, more lime notes with some mealy cereals, and some wet paper, and slightly toasted malts. Freaky_tiki (1303) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 5, 2016
Probably one of the better brews from these guys. Edgy hops meet funky saison. Nice jagged front end & interesting finish. Good. JoeMcPhee (9451) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 27, 2016
Pale golden pour. The nose is really bright and a little bit flinty.
Lean crackery malts and a little bit of dry flintiness. Bright and a
little bit peppery with a soft bitterness. Crisp and crackery. Nice
beer. RoseGambrinus (16) - Ontario, CANADA - FEB 11, 2016
Interesting brew this. It’s got some of the citrus and pine associated with west coast ipa’s but with an added touch of farmhouse-y funk. Good stuff. neongolden (1716) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 28, 2016
(On tap @ Folly, Jan 13 2016) Pours really hazy medium orange with a lingering white head and lace. Aroma of sweet peach, mango and citrus, kind of leafy, a bit of caramel and hay. Flavour has lots of orange juice and mandarin, quite bright and citrusy. A bit of funky underpinnings. Bready touches in the finish, leafy hops, fairly light bitterness. Medium bodied, average carb. Pretty nice malty, hoppy take on a farmhouse. Enjoyable.
