Bottle at Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Poured a slightly hazy orange amber with a thin white head. The aroma is acid citrus biscuit dough. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp light refreshing yeast citrus acidic palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Superb in every way. Served at the perfect temperature.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2016 Bottle shared at WvdSG. Slight hazy orange golden with no head. Quite oaky, green leaves, unripe walnuts, hay, funk, light mineral, quite herbal, grape skins. Under medium sour and light bitter. Medium bodied, barely any carbonation. Quite good. ################# I actually sampled two more bottles, one a bit sweeter and less fermented out, and one carbonated one that was almost completely fermented out. Strong variation between bottles with this one, raging from so-so to quite good.
