750 ml bottle shared by b3shine. Pours a hazy orange amber color with no head at all. The aroma and flavor had tart, mild to moderately sour citrus, some acidity, funk, a light sweetness, wood, I just wonder what would have happened if this had carbonation. b3shine (8875) - Indiana, USA - JAN 24, 2015
750 ml bottle to taster (shared with the Cinci crew). Looks decent; a slightly hazy orange with virtually no carbonation. Smells good; funky and mildly tart with some funky cheese and basement notes. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. Good, but would be elite with carbonation. hopscotch (11113) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - NOV 19, 2014
Bottle... Pours hazy and amber with no head. Smells like funky, pungent, old cheese accompanied by oaken, plum and apricot notes. Medium-bodied with only a trace of carbonation. The flavor is both sour and malty - old Gouda and lemon flesh with an undercurrent of caramel. Short, tangy finish.
