22 oz bottle from Julios. Rated off the bottom of the bottle. A hazy light orange brew. Little to no head. Citrus-bread aromas. Flavor is also very bready with citrus-yeast overtones. Low hopping. Seems like a mix of a Belgian Wit and a German Hefe. Lingering burnt rubber notes.

2.8
DiarmaidBHK (5919) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 13, 2017
Draft at Andrea’s Providence. Pours golden with a white head. Doesn’t leave much lacing in the glass. Has a lot of that sweet Belgian yeast thing on the nose and tongue. Not getting much horse blanket or funk so it’s not really a saison to me.

A wheaty yeasty sour aroma. Pours yellow hazy gold with an enormous rocky white head. Sour flavours of lacquer with a full round mouthfeel. Nicely balanced with a crisp short finish. Very refreshing. I like it.

Sample at GABF 2016. High creamy lasting brown head. Pitch black body. Sweet and smooth roasted malt coffee cocoa liquorice aroma and flavor . Little hops bitterness, low carbonation, long finish.

3.9

Tap at Pearl. Golden orange with nice white head. Hint of mustiness and spice. Dry and earthy. Nice.

Pour is a hazy amber with a small quickly disapating head. Aroma is tart and funky but light. A spicy and yeasty that is a hit for me.

Andrew196 (1995) - Katy, Texas, USA - JUN 9, 2016
Clear, light gold. Fizzy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, coriander, tart apples. A tad wimpy on flavor to me considering the abv. Some funk, grain, lemon, not bad.

2.8
djd07 (15544) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAY 10, 2016
On tap at Hughies. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast and lemon zest. Medium mouth, wheat, lemon, clove, light finish, ok.

Hazy yellow some foam head. Doughy lemon. Tastes doughy sludge. Some black pepper. Meh. Boozy.
