CBS vertical tasting @ Tim's. Thank you for sharing Jon. Dark brown pour, not too much foam just some beige foam. Soy sauce in the nose, leather and dark chocolate, blackberries. Vanilla and bourbon barrel is coming out. Taste is quite intense, bitter and roasty, barrel booze coming through. Chilli heat and lots of spices leasing to bitter and umami-filled finish. Good but well, probably difficult to evaluate after that last beer we had just before this one. TimE (6412) - Tokyo, JAPAN - FEB 16, 2018
Pitch black color. Thin dark brown color. Big chocolate vanilla, coffee, bourbon, molasses in the nose. Medium carbonation, the mouth feel isn’t spectacular but good with dark chocolate, vanilla bourbon, molasses, really nice with oak.
The mouth feel isn’t that fantastic but ok. DiarmaidBHK (6187) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 18, 2017
Draft at Thirsty Monk. Pours black with a khaki head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Big roasted malt on the nose and tongue. Some solid whiskey and chocolate on the nose and tongue. Hides it’s booze well. Finsihed clean. HourGlass13 (1119) - North Carolina, USA - NOV 4, 2017
Dark brown pour with a tan head. Lots of whiskey, and dark roast, chocolate aroma. Taste is bourbon, sweet chocolate and dark malt flavors. Thick syrup like feel. A little boozy, and too much bourbon for me. hman43 (1974) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - SEP 29, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 29, 2017 Dark brown almost black in appearance with a dark brown head. Cocoa, chocolate, burbon, some vanilla, slightly burnt, strong alcohol warming. 9 5 9 4 15

A stiff stout no doubt. Always been a fav since it's been out. Full bodied nut and molasses deliciousness. The perfect name for a brew.

Pours black with a brownish head that fades to a small ring within a minute or so. Moderate lacing. Nose is chocolate, roasted malt, nougat, and coffee, with smokey, woody notes, hints of vanilla, caramelized sugar, molasses, herbal hops, toffee, faint umami. Taste is predominately sweet, but there’s a lot going in here: nice leathery notes with bitter hints of tobacco and dark chocolate. Finishes rich and malty with some booziness. Excellent brew. rdixon77 (3141) - Georgia, USA - FEB 24, 2017
Thanks Edd! Pretty awesome ba impy. Intense for sure. Chocolate, bourbon, roast, vanilla, mildly grainy texture. Definitely deserves a spot among the big boys. Fantastic! Christos (5948) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - JAN 6, 2017
(Foothills Barrel Aged Sexual Chocolate Imperial Stout) Bottle 650ml at home, served into a snifter, vintage 2014, ABV 9.75%
Black coloured body, half a finger of thick dark brown head on top, quite good retention.
The aroma has bourbon, molasses, chocolate after it has warmed up, alcohol.
Taste has lots of bourbon, vanilla, chocolate, wood, light alcohol, mocha.
Medium thick body, good carbonation, sticky on the palate.

Bomber shared. Pours a deep brown with a small bit of head that lingers. Creamy milk chocolate, vanilla and bourbon on the nose. More of the same on the palate. Sweet but with some charred oak, and roasted cacao nib towards the back end. Finish is balanced and lingers. Decadent.
