Pint on tap @ Foothills. Lunch with Moms. Corbett is a great wait person. And a cutie pie.
Pour: Orange hazy pour. Thick collar of short lived foam.
Aroma: Lemony zest nose. Incredible fresh hoppy aroma.
Taste: Fantastic! A fresh mouthfeel, medium body balances well with bitterness. Incredible with my Reuben and fries. Enjoyable not-too-sweet caramel body. The malt was just chewy enough.
Overall: A great "middleweight" IPA. A lot of folks are dissing this brew. To each his/her own. Perhaps I just picked the right delivery vehicle. On tap from the brewery seemed to work out incredibly well. Great brew. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - JUN 24, 2012
Rated at Brew Bern 2012. This was my favorite IPA of the festival. Super hoppy and really easy to drink, this will cleanse your palate and provide you with some great taste at the same time. Really glad I found this one. HourGlass13 (1009) - North Carolina, USA - MAR 23, 2013
Easily the prettiest beer I have poured in a while. Very clear transparent light amber color. Small head sits on top. There is definitely a smell of some skunk weed in this one. It has a light airy citrus taste with just a hint of caramel. Not much. Just a hint. Hops are present, but Non offensive and easy to drink. craftbeerdesign (2254) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUL 2, 2012
pint @ foothills on 6/20/12. light orange pour with a white head. floral / citrus nose. med body with a clean bitterness and orange notes. bitter semi-dry finish. zizzybalubba (1880) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - SEP 19, 2012
12 oz. bottle from SoHo Organic Market in Elizabeth City, NC. Yellowish-orange pour with a frothy white head. Aroma of wet grass and pine, mostly, with faint notes of tangerine peel. Bitter grapefruit and pine flavor with light biscuity malts on the back end. Easy drinking yet a strong hop profile. Better than I remember Cottonwood’s version of Endo tasting like. A nice surprise.

From bottle. Pours a nice deep amber color with small white head. Aroma was floral and citrus. Taste was a deeper malt, caramel and balanced with a nice bitter. hoosiers1994 (684) - Maryland, USA - MAY 20, 2012
Bottle pours clear golden witha white head that leaves lacing all downtempo glass. Aromas are big citrus and some pine. Great on the nose. Taste is grapefruit, pine, and a bit of tangerine. Body is thin, but Ames this sessionable. A very delicious surprise from Foothills. tron3000atl (72) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAY 29, 2012
Citrus aroma, floral and citrus taste. Mouthfeel is excellent and finishes clean and sexy. Good overall ipa, like local Sweetwater ross (2146) - weddington, North Carolina, USA - JUN 1, 2012
On tap at the brewery. Again, a beer I did not really drink much of when it was brewed elsewhere, but it seems like Foothills made these beers better. Maybe its just my slant towards the brewery. Pretty good stuff, easy drinking, smooth, hoppy...not bad. tkrjukoff (4335) - SWEDEN - JUN 9, 2012
Bottle 12 oz, total wines & more. Pours clear golden amber with a decent creamy white head leaving some lace. Aroma is very fruity, citric, piny, a bit sweet, malty, caramel and toasted. Flavor isbitter fruity and a bit acidy in front, more malty body in the middle with sharp citric bitterness turning to dry fruity longlived bitterness towards the end. Very drinkable, clean and crispy.
