The two hops play beautifully off each other - really a class act if a brew ..even though it has a ugly dog on the label .. . . Why name a car wreck after a steak. T bones are great!

It has a high bit of carbonation with dominate hop flavors dominated by grapefruit with orange undertones. It has a strong bitter kick on the palate.

Aroma is lemon-lime heavy, perfume, and some nice wheat quality. Flavor is delightfully light of wheat and lemon rind, nice spruce sting and grapefruit juiciness. Clean and crisp. Light body with enough of a wheat like quality to add some depth. This is how I like my IPAs!
