A new one on tap at the brewpub. Came out a crystal clear dark amber with a half-inch off-white head on top. The nose is sweet with honeysuckle, floral tones, fresh bread. The mouthfeel is crisp and clean, making this quite drinkable. This was my last beer for the night, and it was gone before I knew it. Mellow flavors of buttered biscuits, faint floral hops, and a kiss of sweetness on the finish. The hops impart just the slightest bitterness to balance out the sweetness of this refreshing lager. I really liked this, and hope they continue to release this one, especially in the warmer months.
Pint at brewpub good aroma sweet. Honey, minor grass, toasted malt. Clean golden orange color. No head or lace. Sweet flavor. Light body, creamy mouthfeel, sweet finish. Good, easy drinking lager. Honey mellows traditional lager taste adds the sweetness. Decent, no wow factor.but solid helles. kp (10880) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - OCT 14, 2012

Draft at brewpub. Pours the color of honey with a thin white head that leaves no lacing. Slight note of honey on the nose. Slight slickness on the mouthfeel. The honey gives the beer some heft. Finishes clean. Solid.
