Comes out of the bottle a strong, bubbly solar yellow with a fairly thick white head. For a pilsner, I say that’s good. Aroma is fairly strong, malty and yeasty with a hint of apple. Crisp, malty flavor has yeasty and bitter hoppy notes, a little hoppier than most pilses I have sampled. Texture is fairly fizzy, though it has about average body. At least it’s not watery. A decent pils. This is not my favorite style, but I’ll try just about any craft beer. geologyguy (1647) - Columbia, South Carolina, USA - NOV 24, 2012
UPDATED: JUL 13, 2015 Smell is slightly sweet malt, Not very good...taste and everything not the greatest...like a light pilsner (which I dislike)...just average to below average beer, a little too hoppy and pilsnery for Me x2 GT (10002) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 10, 2012
Tap at Milltown. Pours sparkling golden. Denser white head. Sheety lacing. Nose is sharp lemon, gritty corn, herbal, fresh biscuit. Taste is snappy, crackery, small paper, sharp hoppiness. Solid. Not amazing. But on target. Too much newspaper/carbon is unfortunate.

Nicely structured if typical Czech beer. Fruity and light, well balanced. I'd drink it again.

Draft. Pours clear golden yellow with medium white head. Taste is sweet grain with grassy and floral notes. Saaz hops is fresh but not as crisp as I would like. Quite full mouthfeel for a pils Still, nice but a bit harsh around the edges.

Tap. Light amber with small head. Sweet and rather full bodied for a pils. Big hoppy finish. obguthr (6590) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - SEP 27, 2012
Grainy and floral, grass, dandelion, and lillies on the nose. Clear yellow, medium sticky head. Flavor is lightly sweet, slightly vegetal, tinny. Grass is dominant, but lesser floral notes remain. Alcohol is fairly evident. I may be being too hard on pilsners lately, but this pilsner, while enjoyable, was lacking a certain clean quality I look for in this style. unclemattie (4357) - Georgia, USA - AUG 20, 2012
22oz bottle. GreenLife, Asheville. Golden yellow pour, with creamy white foam. Aroma of straw\hay, hearty malt scent. Flavor of cereal along with some grassy notes. Flavor is dominated by the rich pale malt character. Finishes with a bold grassy hop that leaves an herbal flavor in the end, and a touch of white pepper tingle. A very nice, bold, Pilsner, full flavored. Heavier bodied for the style.

Bottle. Golden colored with a white head. The scent is mild, consisting of cereal, grain, and grass. The flavors are a tad sweet and heavy (for a Pilsner) initially; malt, hay, cereal grain, corn, with some bitter herbal hops eventually creeping in there. It could stand to be a touch more dry and crisp on the palate. At first I thought this was a bit underwhelming but it did grow on me. Pretty good. jtclockwork (17100) - , New Jersey, USA - JUL 15, 2012
Bottle. Gold with white head. Nose/taste of pine, sweet malt and white pepper with some honey on the palate. Dryish pepper finish. Medium body.
