hopdog (12510) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 15, 2016
12oz bottle. Not sure why I bother with spice beers anymore as I really hate over spiced beers. Give me pumpkins not the spices that go along with it. I guess I just keep hoping for that one beer, but should know better when the word Spiced is in the name. As advertised, a spiced harvest beer so I’ll give it to them there.

3.2
shrubber85 (11397) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - NOV 27, 2014
Bottle. Nutmeg, light cinnamon and caramel malt aroma. Hazy amber with moderate head. Sweet creamy malt and strong bitter nutmeg flavor. Medium body. Hard to get past the nutmeg.

solidfunk (8949) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - AUG 23, 2014
Some spices in this make it a typical sugary pumpkin pie beer. Pours orange with OK head and lacing. Light sweet finish. Elements come together well if you are into this kind of thing. So the pumpkin season begins, already. Tasted this at the Giant by my place and needless to say I didn’t opt for a growler.

3.2
5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - MAR 5, 2013
Bottle:   Amberish, on the orange side, thin frothy white head, little lacing.   Pumpkin pie spiced aroma, even the crust.   Similar tongue, slightly tart, soft sweetness.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finishes with the usual cinnamon and nutmeg.   Seems like a solid example.

3.4
Patrickctenchi (6587) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - OCT 30, 2014
Bottle: Nearly clear, amber-orange with a small cream-white head. Ginger, clove, spice aroma. Sweet ginger, nutmeg, clove, pie-spice flavours. A bit of pumpkin-ness... Toffee malt....more and more ginger tones as it warms. Pretty good...bright.
