hazy copper-straw, thin oily island, light lacing. Bitter orange peel dominates nose, Loews-wood-aisle cedar-esque nose bordering on paper, thankfully well-attenuated. Front palate is orange and pine, moderate resin building across oily mid palate, full and filling through the sticky end. 636414
Pours hazy golden with smaller white head and medium lacing. Flavor is mango, cheese, grapefruit, pine and a touch of candy sweetness. For being as strong as it is, she’s pretty nice but I rarely gravitate towards double ipas. Some ashy and somewhat aggressive bitterness in the close but not overly sweet. On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy bright golden orange color with a white head. Aromas of grapefruit and clementine juice light alcohol. Taste is medium bitterness, slight syrupy sweetness, finished with a bit of alcohol burn. Overall pretty great. DocLock (10683) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 22, 2013
Draft. Pours hazy orange with off-white head. Nose is great: a huge bouquet of tropical fruit including mango, tangerine, papaya, pineapple, a spare caramel malt bill. Tastes hoppy, tropical fruity, with well balanced caramel malt, and an earthy finish. This one is delicious. pilgrimoutlaw (888) - Wayne, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 11, 2013
On tap at F&M. Cloudy orange with foamy white head. Floral, pine, biscuit. Moderate sweetness, low bitterness. Thick bodied. Not so hot.

Amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of fresh, floral hops, pine, citrus, grass, toast, and caramel. Taste of pine, light citrus, caramel malts, grass, and some alcohol in the finish. callmemickey (4543) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 13, 2012
Clear amber body, thin white head, stray lacing. Nose is juicy grapefruit, grass, and a little orange. Flavor is less intense and more muted. Still dominated by grapefruit notes, but pale malts become more assertive. Medium body, soft carbonation, lightly bitter, lingering finish. I would greatly prefer this to be more carbonated and not on cask. I think the hoppy profile would benefit. jredmond (8285) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 24, 2012
Draft at forest and main with Dallas. Pours an amber body with white lacing. Aroma is tart lemon, spice, resin and pine. Mouthfeel is cloying with notes of sweet resin, pine, and lemons.
