Keg at Indy Man Beer Con. A hazy orange colour with no head. Aroma of barnyard, Brett, white grape, some peach, orange, slight oak, straw and subtle spice. Taste of barnyard, brett, peach, white grape, some orange, slight oak, straw and subtle spice. Medium bodied and a slick texture. A dry, bretty, barnyard finish. Wonderfully complex, lots of flavour and aroma coming from that barrel. Not usually a big fan of saisons but this is great. bytemesis (9188) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - SEP 11, 2017
Bottle. Pours crystal clear golden, medium creamy off-white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is hay, oak, brett, vinous, horse blanket, mineral water. Flavor is dry, light tart, light plus funk. Medium body. Quite nice. drfabulous (8563) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JUL 1, 2017

Bottle shared by a friend. Pours hazy orange with a medium white head. Aroma of funk, orange and peach. Malt and tart lemon flavor with a sour orange and peach finish. Very nice. mansquito (6885) - Nueva York, New York, USA - DEC 10, 2016
Bottle from the source: pours deep and slightly hazed gold with a white head. Aroma is light tree, but so much of the aroma is must and basement funk. Taste is also funky in this filthy and dirty way. Some light sweetness. Subtle but sharp tanginess. The sort of fruitiness you would find in a strange foreign soda. Complex. Interesting. Enticing. Loud yet delicate.

Draft and shared bottles. Hazy straw/orange pour with off-white head. Nose is hops, yeasty funk, wine grapes. Tasted hoppy, fruity. with notes of yeast, funk, and wineskin fruit. ineedbeer (2255) - Oakland, California, USA - DEC 27, 2015
Bottle dated May 21, 2014.
Aroma is fruity with a lot of stone fruit, pineapple, tropical fruit and light citrus. Light white wine notes and oak tannins. Medium light phenolic notes.
Pours a hazy, bright, copper color with a medium large, moderately thick, white head that slowly recedes. Moderate lacing and small legs.
Flavor is slightly acidic with some light grain notes and sweetness. Medium pineapple and stone fruit notes with a bit of cherry. Some white wine and grape notes with a bit of oak tannins. Medium bitterness with some moderate phenolic notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a pretty nice Saison. Nice barrel and wine notes with good yeast character. Phenolics are nice as is the citrus character. I guess the phenolics are slightly medicinal but its very faint. TimE (6118) - Tokyo, JAPAN - SEP 5, 2015
Hazy light amber golden color. The nose is pronounced with lots of sourness funk, oak, oranges and brett going on. Much tarter than expected. Very sharp, high adicity, with white wine blending nicely. The oak dominates perhaps a bit too much and has some tannins at the end from the oak. Decent beer, but not a saison. reggiedunlop (3726) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 3, 2015
