March 27, 2016. Bottled November 4, 2015. Courtesy of James, thanks!
Cloudy orange with small white head. Aroma is filmjolk, yoghurt, notes of plum, lemon. Taste is light tart, lactic, light fruity. Finish is light tart with filmjolk, unripe plum, hints of lemon, grape skin. Light bodied, soft to average carbonation.
Too much filmjolk...

A: Cloudy peach coloured with a white fast disappearing head. N: Yoghurt, floral, elderflower T: Elderflower, unripe plum, funk O: Quite flat flavours to be honest... Smell is far to hardcore on the yoghurt. Taste is nice, but to easy for me. Would have wished for more depth to it.

_angst_ (5009) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 27, 2016
Bottle courtesy of Hackobock. 2015 vintage. Pours murky deep yellow with a small frothy offwhite head that leaves some sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity, lactic and slightly funky with crackers, filmjölk, lemon juice, green plums, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is sour, slightly fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tart, tiny mouth-puckering and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, lactic acid and plum jam. Rather offensive lactic acid filmjölk nose but the taste is nice and overall it’s a solid sour and fruited saison.

At James’ for his 12k tasting. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft plum, musk, wheat, fuzzy plum skins. Medium-bodied, soft musk, a hint of fruit. A touch of musk, a hint of tartness, musk, fruit.

jtclockwork (17654) - , New Jersey, USA - JAN 11, 2016
Bottle - 2015 - Pours yellow white head - nose/taste of plum, oak, white wine and funk - medium body

hopscotch (11451) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - MAR 5, 2015
Bottle... Hazy straw-colored pour with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The aroma, although fairly restrained, is yeasty, grainy and a touch funky. Medium to full-bodied and creamy with soft carbonation. The flavor is tart and bready, displaying both stone fruit tannins and acidity. Finishes tangy and dry. Shared with the south Florida crew by Jyoungsbcp!

Tepid gold-amber, no height will produce a lasting head. Gravity fail! Huge diacetyl biscuit nose, creamy with no detectable plum, stinky, slick, offensive. Heavy plum skin nose, juicy fruit through the mid, actually captures some fruit but it’s severely overwhelmed by heavy butter, light plastic and lotion, no F&M house character. Thick and slick, diacetyl ruining the body as well. A failure of a bottle by their usually excellent standards.

Pour is dark amber, hazed, with a white foam that disappears immediately. Nose is light plastic, really dirty wheat, buttery biscuit, pitted meaty fruit faintly behind. Huge buttery presence, really bad, faint plastic, meaty, touch of bitterness. Flavors are really dominated by the buttery presence, fruits aren’t really there, just off flavors. Body is syrupy and thick, low carb. Bad, just bad.

egajdzis (6830) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 30, 2014
Hazy orange color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweeter plums, wood, wine, bacteria, and brett. Taste was tart, citrus, wheat, wine, lighter plums, sour finish.
