Pours orange peach bubbly and hazy unclear with a white head. Aroma is fabulous, sweet and light funky yeast, and peach jam combined so well in the nose. Brother John states peach Melba in the nose. Flavors bring white grapes and peach tang that are sweet and sour on the palate ending and lingering really nicely!

Thanks for sharing, Vince! Very nice red wine in the nose and leading to the flavor along with a bit of oak, moderate acidity, and a bit of an earthy cherry funk.

draft at the brewery for their one year anniversary. Pours a pale straw color with a lasting head. aroma is typical funk of a sour. taste is really interesting. very strongly oaky and drawn out. slightly puckering. not so much refreshing as is it robust. very good.

lightly lactic tartness, good tannic finish, malt base, slight honey-bread flavors hiding under the tart-vinous character. oak is mild and appropriate. very good beer.
