Our wild honey saison Palomino, aged with wild yeast and bacteria. Light in color, finishes very dry, lightly herbal and funky.

Bottle at CGBD. Pours light golden yellow with a thin white head. Faint tartness and pale malts, some light citrus, and light acidity. Clean and drinkable. Good stuff.

Sampled this at Campground Brewdown 2. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Big citrus and musk, light funk and bits of acid. Medium-bodied, big bitter yeast, musk, soft lemon and a touch of acid. Musky, lemon with a light funk. Long acid into lingering tart musk. Very tasty.

Campground Throwdown 2, growler, thanks axilla. Clear apple juice body with minimal white head. Aroma is medium sweet, lemon, some spicy/white pepper, light funk. Taste is medium sweet, lemon, light funk. Light-medium body, light acidity.

Growler from the brewpub. Pours a cloudy yellow with bubbly white head that quickly dissipates to a thin cover and soapy white lace. Nose of barn funk, lemon rind, hay, honey, white grapes, citrus, oak. Lightish to medium body. Moderately tart.

Draft from F&M. Pours hazy gold with fizzy white head. Nose is tart funky hopcitrus, mild herbal and peppery notes. Tastes tart floral and citric, crisp, with finishing floral, fruity, and more tartness that finishes smoother than a baby’s ass. Yet another winner from F&M.

Summer 2013 batch. Lightly hazy golden-orange body, medium sized white head with soapy lacing. Floral notes, citrus, honey, oak, white wine grapes, must, nice minerality. Lively acidity, medium to light bodied, smooth carbonation, quite refreshing.
