Picked this up at the brewery, had one that was thin and flat in flavor, but the second bottle was beautiful. Gentle yeast character for a blonde akin to a La Chouffe, but with floral pear character that is sweet and lingering, crisp and fresh. This is a beautiful beer from a compelling brewery.

Bottle shared. Very hazy orange with a small short lived white head. Aroma is almost cider like upfront, big apples, yeast, veggies, malt and gone off fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet with a little sourness. Light medium bodied with light carbonation. Rough.

Dark golden. Very Belgian in yeast and development. Drinks okay though, not too bubbly not too filtered, just straightforward. Expected a bit more tbh. (33cl bottle from Dekoninck)

Biscuit, roast, fruit (pear, apple), herbs, sugar, alcohol. Light sweet, medium dry bitter, warming background.
