ZBF2008: From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a dense and huge white head. Solid ginger and clove spiced aroma. Flavour holds the same solid spice notes to a mild caramel malt base and a mild sweetness. Ends rather herbal. Well crafted, but too spiced for my liking. Ungstrup (37575) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 18, 2007
Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a huge fluffy orange head. The aroma is quite strong with strong notes of citrus, medium notes of yeast and oranges, and lighter notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of oranges and lemon - which gives it an acidic edge, that makes it very refreshing, towards the end a spicy touch comes along with notes of cloves and nutmeg. The body is a bit thin especially considering the 7.5% ABV. joergen (28108) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 8, 2008

Bottle @ Le Poechenellekelder. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 250215 fiulijn (20493) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 29, 2006
Golden color, with the most classic and beautiful of the creamy Belgian heads. The aroma is peculiar, with some herbs (rosemary) to join the malt and coriander. Medium body structure, malt taste, softer than expected, and quite refreshing for a Belgian ale; very light herbs here as well and very light lemon peel. Consistent final. A solid blond strong Belgian ale, with a touch of originality.
