Föroya Bjór Black Sheep premium dark lager is an excellent beer with a great taste, brewed by Föroya Bjór, a Faroese family owned brewery founded in 1888. The Black Sheep from Föroya Bjór is a beer of th very best quality. The islanders may have a fishy economy but the Faroese beer is second to none. The brewery has always had a ram in its logo.

Pours a dark amber/brown with off-white head. Noticeable caramel smell. Nice enough lager with a slightly biscuity/maltiness.

Ui ui ui es sieht zwar ordentlich aus aber was sich dahinter verbirgt is nur was für Freunde des läbrigen metallisch getreidig süßem Geschmack, wer sich angesprochen fühlt go for it

330ml Flasche. Dunkles rubinrotes Bier mit beigem Schaum. Röstmalzaroma mit typisch nordischer Note. Erinnert an isländisches Bier. Der Geschmack ist ziemlich süss und karamellig. Fast wie ein Malzbier.

Boring stuff. Industrial, standard lager. Slightly metallic, but drinkable when all else fails.

Grumbo (2848) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - SEP 29, 2016
Bottle from Vínbúðin, Iceland. Pours a hazy amber brown colour with a small but lasting off white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, hint of chocolate and raisin. Fairly heavy but pleasant sweetness, with a light bitterness. Medium body, with a sticky texture. Fine carbonation. Finish is sticky, sweet, with touch of roasting and chocolate. I liked this, best so far that I’ve had out of the brewery selection box, with one left try.

Lore (2671) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 24, 2016
Mahogany colour, one inch creamy beige-ish head; aroma of grains, rye bread, some raisins and hints of ash; taste is the same with honey notes; quite good beer
