Udemærket færøsk øl, når man ikke gider pilsner, lidt tynd, men en god smag af kaffe, lidt sødlig Free Føroyar!!!

wombat23 (2149) - Texas, USA - JAN 4, 2018
Shared bottle. Pours clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma of cloying malts. Taste is malty, mildly fruity. Finish is sweet and malty, Not much like a stout.

darbeer75 (1126) - Round Rock, Texas, USA - JAN 1, 2018
Aroma: extreme maltiness; Appearance: clear dark amber pour with little head; Taste: follow nose - sweet, malty with vanilla; Overall: ok.

gizmo_ber (221) - Steinwenden, GERMANY - DEC 6, 2017
Aroma was not good, briefly smelled like feet, but can pick out a bit of smoke. Flavor is harsh, slightly smokey, not much nuance. There was no head.

UPDATED: DEC 5, 2017 Fra Salling i Aarhus. Mørkebrun med lavt skum. Næsen giver ikke så meget, men lidt kaffe og chokolade. Smagen er mild og afbalanceret. Cremet og let sød. Jeg er vild med den.

jacobarts (257) - Aarhus, DENMARK - OCT 25, 2017
Bottle from Salling, Aarhus. Dark brown - Black with tiny white head. Aroma: caramel and smoke. Taste: water, sugar and smoke

hauxe (1024) - Butzbach, Hesse, GERMANY - SEP 29, 2017
Shared with wombat23 and darbeer75. From the bottle. Tan head of modest duration. Mild coffee, touch vinous and nail polish. Taste is bitter, some coffee grounds, stale tobacco smoke, old hangover. Body is light. Not really stoutish. All over the place and not really anything.

thomat (4209) - Gteborg, SWEDEN - SEP 2, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 3, 2017 Bottle. Dark rededish amber with a small off white head. Fruity and malty tones. Fruit, malt, sour and bitter. Medium body with a bitter / fruity finish.

MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - AUG 30, 2017
Bottle @ THT. Pours a clear brownish reddish beer with a thin white head on top. Aroma of buttercookies, diacetyl and caramel. Flavor reflects the aroma, sweet, malty and lots of buttery, cookies notes in there. Full bodied, long in aftertaste, which is bitterswet. Not liking the buttery notes in there, but the rest is decent.

A bit watery and middle of the road. Looks light and reddish, not close to s stout. Forgettable.
