It have a nicely durable white foam, high carbonation as it was champagne. Its flavor is somewhat watery and only towards the end appears slightly tart rhubarb flavor. It could actually be as thin juice made up with a little carbon dioxide.

330 ml clear bottle, at Etika, Torshavn. ABV is 4.6%. Ros coloured beer, moderate pinkish white head. Fresh aroma of rhubarb and citrus. Light bodied. Refreshing flavour of rhubarb and hints of citrus, not sweet, but the hops are too moderate. Goes well with sushi though.
