Draught. Pours clear gold with a large, creamy white head, long retention with excellent lacing. Moderate grainy sweet malt, light alcohol, light earthy and spicy hops and bitterness with a sweet finish. Medium-full body and medium carbonation. msbernac (2885) - Krakow, POLAND - JUN 11, 2016

Appearance-golden, clear, white foam,
Taste-light sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour,
Palate-medium body, sticky, average carbonation, long finish,
Birretta classica: corpo leggero, lieve ma non stucchevole maltato. Niente di che... crlnts (401) - SWITZERLAND - APR 20, 2014
Looks like a random pale lager. Hopefully, does not taste like one. Hoppy toffee aroma. Tastes of malt and fresh hops. Some sweetness and a medium body. Would never have guessed it was 7.5. fiammanghilla (990) - Genova, ITALY - APR 21, 2013

Chiara, schiuma fine e abbastanza persistente.
Dolciastra e di sapore piuttosto intenso, si sente anche l’alcol...
Draught at Eataly, Bologna. Appears golden with a medium white head. Nice floral nose of hops and underlying caramel. Clean flavour of crisp malt, citrus and some residual sugars. Medium bodied. Good solid malt backbone. Hides the abv well. Tasty drop. fiulijn (21470) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 30, 2009
Draught at Eataly, Bologna JorisPPattyn (10072) - BELGIUM - SEP 29, 2008
Deep blond color, medium head. The aroma is too light, the flavor is reasonably strong, with quite good malt, round mouthfeel and correct bitterness; long aftertaste. pleasant but easy.
Draught Pale golden beer, medium white head. Grainy nose, bit sweet, dry hay, not very present. Very sweet-malty taste, but just enough hops to counter the "too much". Good balance, strangely enough. Medium bodied, slick. I find the alcohol rather hidden, did not expect 7.5%. Not a bad beer, certainly on draught. LordCorkscrew (1774) - Ronco Scrivia (GE), ITALY - AUG 29, 2008
Draught @ Venice Italy. Average fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Clear sparkling body with a thing yellow colour. Aroma was hay, cardboard, caramel. For 7.5% Alcohol it has a rather thin texture. Light to medium bodied with a hint of alcohol. Flavour was sweet with light alcoholic bitter notes.
