COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
(Very Important Pils).

A decent pils type beer from Italy. I like the brew type as it is not just a copy of the traditional pils beer, but rather it aims to stand alone. Very Important Pils is a very good attempt.

330 ml can. BB 02/01/15. From the brewery in Forst (BZ), Italy.
Clear pale yellow colour with a small foamy white head. Dry papery malty aroma. The flavour is mild grassy bitterness, malt, paper and dryness. Quite useless one.

Aroma: almost nothing plus corn. Appearance: slightly hazy straw color, nice white head. Taste: low bitterness, artificial aftertaste, dry and watery. Palate: low body and high carbonation. Overall: Its hard to call this beer as a pilsner, poor european lager.

Very pale, very clear. Nice fresh hoppy aroma. Quite pleasing, really. The taste has some more fresh hop flavor with a little sweet graininess as well. The finish is bitter as expected, but not as crisp and snappy as a great pils can be. Really a pretty solid beer, and more than just a notch above Forsts other pale lagers.
