Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, ciffee, nutty notes, peat notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
12 fl oz bottle. Pours dark brown with a diminished tan head. Smooth and roasted malty aroma with a nice chocolate note. Medium sweet and roasted malty with a light chocolate malty flavour. Bottled at Mesa Verde in the A terminal at Denver International airport. A black beer with a thick brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of chocolate, malt, and caramel. Bottle at home ... Deep black thin tan head ... nice chocolate malt nose ... big roast ... little chocolate ... little milk sugers ... little bitter roast ... flavour is nice but the nose promices more ...little chalky ... mouthfeel is a tad disapointing...

UPDATED: NOV 28, 2007 Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Very dark opaque brown, minimal head. Aroma of caramel and fudge with a slight metallic edge. Bottle at Denver airport. Opaque black beer. Smooth soft stout. Just a hint of chocolate. Unusually crisp palate for a stout.
