The aroma is grassy, and clean much like a pilsner. pours transparent gold with a huge 2 inches of fluffy head. flavor is tart and refreshing, much like a lager. very clean cereal malt and grassiness. no real fruit flavor. very easy to drink and light on the palate. vanhoese (2) - USA - NOV 3, 2006 does not count

Great wheat! What a wheat should be. Taste the pomegranate in this one. Medium wheat but wonderful balance and taste. Beaver (1807) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - MAR 16, 2005
Growler. Poured a cloudy pale yellow with a big frothy white head that retained well and left some lacing.Braudog (6763) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - APR 16, 2006
The aroma was lemony wheat and light yeast and spices.
The flavor was more of the same - lemony yeasty spices. For a lighter beer, it was surprisingly medium bodied and was lightly carbonated.
Overall, a very fruity wit. It was very refreshing and would make a great summer drinker. It was one of the better wheats I’ve had (not a favorite style). I was surprised to like it as much as I did.
On tap at the brewery, 4/12/06: medium gold with a fizzy head, this was quite enjoyable. Clean and crisp and tangy. Almost appley. Grape-like tartness is what I got from this unique choice of fruit beer.

tap. Wow. this is an interesting beer. Not a fan of pemegranates in general but they really make this beer stand out. Aroma of lemon, wheat, musky and slightly sour aroma but very nice. pomegranates wheat and lemon on the palate. This is very unique fruit beer. big fan. Alfonzo (13) - Alabama, USA - AUG 16, 2012
Pours light gold and slightly hazy. Very subtle tartness from the pom, very cranberry esque. Eyedrinkale (3214) - Astoria, New York, USA - MAY 26, 2005
12 oz bottle. I poured this into a big 22 glass and there was barley enough room for the large head to settle. Nice cloudy straw color. Just an awesome looking beer. Aroma is hay, grains an honey. Taste is nicely hopped with a cherry or pomegranate taste. Tart with a lively mouthfeel. Not exactly crisp enough to be a good summer beer but flavorful and unique enough to drink a few of. zug4abby (287) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 14, 2005
pours a slighly cloudy golden color with a large white head and decent amount of lacing. mild aroma overall, but strong with fruit (pomegranate) with a wine like aroma through-out. Flavor is very light and fruity with a very bubbly champagne like testure. this is a very fruity light beer and would be great during a hot summer day on the beach. I don’t usually like wheat’s and I enjoyed this! glkaiser (1214) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 17, 2006
On tap at the brewpub. Really sweet with a fruity aroma. Very refreshing and tasty. Very interesting beer. If in Ft. Collins, this place is a must.
