I’m not 100% sure if this is the right variation of this beer. I had the cask-aged 3-Way IPA at the brewery, which is the beer I’m going to rate in this space that has been allotted to me to do such things on this Internets site-place. Here’s the rating: Wow, that was a nice, thick head sitting proudly on top of this beer. From the glass emanated a bright, cheery grapefruit aroma. The coloring was light cloudy golden happy goodness. The mouthfeel borrowed notes of lightness from the appearance and smoothed them out with a well-balanced blending of a hoppy punch with a veritable cornucopia of other flavors. I’m not normally a fan of the hoppier beers, but I really enjoyed this. Sledutah (7976) - Utah, USA - AUG 25, 2014
Cask at GBBF Benzai (16918) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - AUG 19, 2014
Clear golden with a small white head, light lacing. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus. Flavors are fruity and citrus
Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Clear yellow color, virtually no head. Nice tropical fruit hop aroma. Taste malts, hops, tropical fruits, quite some alcohol for this ABV which is a pity, pretty bitter. Decent body and carbonation.
