3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. The pour was a hazy medium orange with a large white rocky head that had good retention, reducing slowly down to a large cap with some fair streaky lacing.
The aroma of a light straw malt, floral and grass hops and a mild soapy yeast with notes of caramel, corn and citrus (grapefruit).
The taste was bitter from the word go with a mild caramel sweetness and finished rather hoppy with a slight citrus peel presence towards the end. The flavor lasted a nice long time after the swallow with the hoppy bitterness left lingering on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was a few shades beyond light in body with a light dry texture and a medium carbonation.
Overall a nice hoppy Lager with a smooth refreshing feel...
a little more oomph on the senses than your typical domestic lager. very smooth. nice array of hops to give the beer some backbone and keeps it from being dull. light body. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - JAN 29, 2017
I didn’t mind this one. It’s on the sweeter end of most lagers I’ve had, but still pretty drinkable. A little fruit in there, but the requisite standard lager notes dominate. beastiefan2k (3948) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - APR 22, 2016
Draft at Pit Stop in Burien. I seem to have an appley, cidery, fruity mess. Weird. I’d pit this in a cider blind tasting. blueshockey24 (607) - Colorado, USA - APR 12, 2016
Can. Pours golden with thick off white head. Aroma is sweet and spicy. Taste is sweet and sourish with a bitter corn chip like aftertaste. Not bad. Pilsners aren’t really my thing. Capa (3257) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - DEC 27, 2015
Clear gold with a white head. Strong hop notes, spicy, earthy, light ready malts. Very crisp, lingering hop finish. Full of awesome lager and hoppy goodness.

Draught at Oddfellows, 11/3/15.seehaferb23 (260) - - JUL 1, 2015
Clear, with just a touch of glassiness. Pale blonde with some light wax tints and a moderate amount of white head with average retention.
Minerals, light herbal notes (chamomile, white pepper) from the hops and a very present corn-honey note from the malt. No alcohol or flaw.
A bit sweeter and lightly fruity, with some dry, baked bread notes from the malt, a touch of sweet corn and light vanilla. Sounds worse than it actually is, and I love corn in my beer, but I’ve had far better Pre-Pro lagers. Just needs a little more crispness on the finish, some more dryness overall and probably a better hop aroma. Moderate carbonation, watery texture, no alcohol or flaws.
Cannery Row Beer Club tries the first canned beer of the night. This beer tastes great for being a lager.

On tap at brewery. Pours gold with white head. Aroma is mild Pilsner malt and hops. Flavor is more led malt and hop bitterness. Easy drinker. JMCtime (83) - Washington, USA - APR 26, 2015
Mild with some bitterness and a hint of crisp celery. Smooth but overall not that good. mjg74 (3093) - La Mesa, California, USA - MAR 3, 2015
Canned from Safeway. Lightly hazy straw in color. Nose is somewhat grainy with a touch of grassy hops. A hint of sweetness as well. Somewhat creamy grain flavors up front. Nice light hoppy flavors. Good clean lager. Nice and flavorful.
