Can - Pine forward aroma with light caramel and bread. Moderately bitter, medium bodied. A little minty evergreen in there as well. Pretty nice.

16 oz Can from Brewers Haven. Pale golden pour with slight milky haze, skin if head and streaky lacing. Pungent aroma, yeast and citrus. Taste is more of the same, like lovely textures, silky. Fruity, yeasty, touch of Belgian. Tangy, tingly. Really lovely.

Canned 10.05.16. A: Grapefruit, lemon, and fir. A: See through light yellow body with unfiltered sediment at the bottom. T: Follows the nose with added candied tropical fruit, earthiness, and graham cracker. P: Crisp and clean with sticky resin at the finish. O: I thought that the fir was going to be overpowering, but it blended very nicely.

smells absolutely deliciously dank! like talking a stroll through a pacific nw forest after a light drizzle. fort george may not be a beer geek’s paradise, but they sure keep putting out fantastic IPAs! it tastes even better than it smells. it’s a juicy mouthful of pine-dominated, resinous goodness! would pick up a 2nd if the opportunity ever presents itself...

Draft at Beer Authority, Seattle. Rich, darker golden, white foam. Ripe, dank hops. Dense beer, fresh dank, foresty pine. Simcoe? (yes..) Golden-amber malt backing. Clean bittering finish. Orange-citrus, big, dank.

Drank a can at Beermongers. Love the graphics, & see that the pine trees relate to an ingredient. Something crisp and fragrant I couldn’t recognize, must be the fir/ Light in color, aroma flowery and dry. very drinkable beer. Ft. George keeps pumping out the tasty IPAs.

Pint Can. Deep golden color with a finger of creamy eggshell head. Lots of bubbles. Smooth hoppy aroma, normally I’d say pine, but I guess this one is fir. It hints at sweet and dry, has some bready notes and resemblance to rye. Taste is moderate in bitters, very lightly sweet. Deep resin and dry lip smacking hops.

16 oz can obtained through Tavour. Fort George Magnanimous is a medium amber hazy brew with a fluffy white head. Nose is strong pine forest. Taste is much the same. Body is lively and on the thin side of medium. This is a very good ale. I like pine flavor in brews, but this might be a bit much for even me.
