Canned on 12.05.14. Poured from a 12 oz can into a pub glass on 02.04.15.
A: Banana, orange, spices, wheat, and lemon.
A: 1/2 finger head that fades to a ring with spots of foam. Hazy straw yellow body with floating bits.
T: Lemon and wheat dominate. Banana, spices, and orange are subtle.
P: Smooth and bubbly. Medium mouthfeel. Refreshing.
O: This is a solid wit. There’s not a lot of flavor, though. Ferris (17117) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 27, 2015
Draft - Lemon and nice herbal notes. Clear gold with a rich white head. Lots of lemon grass and herbal notes. Slightly on the side of dishwasher detergent. mcberko (19871) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 22, 2014
On tap at Fort George, pours a hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of elderflower, as well as coriander and floral notes. Flavour is soft on the palate, again with notes of elderflowers and coriander, very floral as well. Very solid Belgian wit that drinks easily. slowrunner77 (13206) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 23, 2014
"Lemongrass and elderflower...you can tel this beer goes beyond the traditional coriander and orange, but never would have guessed the flower. Light and refreshing, yet flavorful, with a very fruity, floral, almost perfumey aroma. Salmoniform (1281) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - SEP 11, 2014
Poured from can to glass. Hazy straw hue with fizzy white head. Aroma is citrus, peppercorn, tangerine, straw, Belgian esters. Mouthfeel is nice with a medium light body and zesty carbonation. Taste is sweet initially with a peppercorn spicy following and slight estery finish. Overall this was another good beer from Ft George.

12oz can picked up a little while back at Bier Thirty... Just found it tonight... I have also spotted this one at Brewer’s Haven and a couple other places.
Poured into my FunkFest goblet... surprisingly short lived white head atop a hazed golden brew.. no lacing, no retention.
Nose shows wheat malt that sorta pummels the orange zest, but a resilient coriander keeps Wit character in the game.
Flavor is pretty good... the zest and spice come out okay.. perhaps a bit sweet and malty on the finish... seems a bit muddy and yeasty.
Meh... Nothing wrong.. Could be dialed in a bit more IMO. Frahmo (320) - Idaho, USA - AUG 25, 2014
Hazy golden pour with a quickly fading white head. A bit spicy with an unusual flavor(elderberry?) Not my favorite. maekchu (4104) - Hirakata, JAPAN - AUG 19, 2014
Can. Light yeasty nose, with some floral notes, citrus zest, and yeast. Bright neon light yellow color, bountiful carbonation. Gentle wheat, light citrus, and the spice floats up on the carbonation. Thin-medium body, some carb tingle. Nice enough, but not a great wit. mikedR (1561) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - AUG 2, 2014
I like this one. Very hefe-like (which makes sense). Strong banana flavor notes, with the expected Belgian yeast. Totally works, and recommended!!! maxwelldeux (4433) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - AUG 1, 2014
Can. Pours a hazy tannish-golden color with a moderate off-white head on there. The coriander on this one will smack you in the face before you even get a sip in, with the orange coming through subtly underneath, and very little wheat. Taste is slightly sweet with a lot of wheat character to it, and seems just super refreshing. Nice brew.
