This is fairly one dimensional, but pleasant to drink nonetheless. My wife got one and I was actually surprised; oats come through on the finish, but nose and front are all hops and cereal grains... Dry finish, slightly out of balance; lacks a backbone entirely.
Can (16oz). Light golden with white head. Big citrus aroma.taste was mostly citrus. Quite bitter, perhaps too much to make this respecting. I will not make this a regular purchase, but ok. andrewje41 (3766) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - AUG 20, 2015
Draft pour pint at the Wilde Rover. Listed at 5.2% Pours a clear amber gold with a thin foam head and lacing. Low hop aroma with a sweetness to both that and the flavor. Juicy hop, sweet fruit flavor. Cool finish. Thick body with a lighter flavor. Solid OPA, though I canít think of too many more than this one. Iíve enjoyed this every time Iíve had it. jkwood04 (5448) - Connecticut, USA - JUN 22, 2015
Sampled at the Pike brewpub in Seattle. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of floral and lightly citrusy hops, some pale malts, and some dough. Flavor the same. Average texture. Not a bad pale ale at all. fonefan (48761) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUN 13, 2015

[ As Fort George Sunrise Oatmeal Pale Ale (OPA) ].
Clear light to medium yellow color with a virtually none appearance, fizzy, virtually none lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sharp, moderate to heavy hoppy, perfume, citrus, pineapple, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
Interesting concept, and good. Solid APA. Not sure if Iím getting any oatmeal notes, but no matter -- good.

Golden yellow with white head. Creamy body, hoppy floral aroma. Taste is light, hoppy, yummy... Crushable. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - MAR 9, 2015
can, golden orange pour, medium bodied. Citrusy nose & flavor, lots of orange & orange pith. Citrus rinds, medium bitterness. OK jake65 (3626) - Meridian, Idaho, USA - MAR 5, 2015
Tall boy can: Pours a light golden/dark straw color, topped with a finger of fluffy sand colored head. A light haze to it. Decent bits of sheet lacing throughout the glass. Light citrus in the nose, florals, malts, and dry. Oats are evident in the flavor, goes nicely with the citrus and floral bite. A little grass and the finish is slightly soapy, but there is enough of a floral finish I can get past it. maekchu (3847) - Hirakata, JAPAN - FEB 10, 2015
16oz. can. Smooth citrusy aroma, sweet fruit, and some grass. Light gold straw, small head. Bitter initial, grapefruit, lotta zest, and some bready stuff. Light body and a bit arid-feeling. Nice, somewhat dank. Oatmeal doesnít seem to add much. Hops and citrus from top to bottom. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - JAN 24, 2015
Draught. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a moderate off-white head on there. Nose is light and grassy, and has some floral hoppiness to it. Taste is slightly bitter, but ends up drinking extremely smooth and creamy, and is really quite tasty. Me gusta.
