Drank with Thijs 28-9-2014. Good starter. Nice IPA but too bitter, not rich enough hops. Still okay RumRunner101 (918) - Alberta, CANADA - JAN 7, 2014
Big piney hop aroma. Medium bodied. Good hop character for a pale ale, but good balance. Good. DialSquare (5119) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - SEP 26, 2013
On tap at the brewery public house. nice, crisp, simple, sessionable feel. floral, grapefruit. 7.0 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Can:   Dark dirty straw (at the end of the can), little frothy white head, spotty lacing.   Dull mealy and hoppy nose.   Faint and dank citrus peel and pith on the tongue.   Odd, on the tongue its dull, but I do
think I get some Elmers Glue.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Mealy finish, pale hops, some straw and grass.   A tame Pale Ale, and thankfully that Elmers Glue was only minor.   Meh... 3fourths (9357) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUL 3, 2013
Can. Lightly hazed golden amber with a fine white head. Tropical fruit / bubble gum esters / shallot / onion American high alpha acid hop aroma (Simcoe or Citra). Sweet and chewy and sticky; resinous and bitter; juicy and bitter. Medium to full body with somewhat low carbonation turning to a watery, thin finish. Bright and vibrant hop expression with sweet honey malt. Another well-made hop-driven beer from Fort George, though not exactly my cup of tea (the onion / garlic Simcoe notes especially), hence the score.

Beige-tan body with decent beige cream head. Fruity, leafy nose, with a swish of sweetness and grapefruity. This beer shifts a bit on the palate with the body leafy, but much more bittern than the aromas suggested. Dryish bitter leaf finish. Nice. pdx76 (651) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUN 10, 2013
Can - pours out cloudy copper with many suspended particles floating - appears to be yeast? Once you get past the visual, the nose is strong piney hop. Taste is big on hop with a bitter undertone.

From can. Orange amber color, with a bit of sediment floating near bottom of glass. Aroma of woody resin, pine, some citrus. Flavor is hop-forward, with more notes of pine and citrus. Finishes with some bitterness, but mostly balanced. Pretzel (1) - Arizona, USA - MAY 12, 2013 does not count
16 oz can. Nice citrus, pine aroma. Like the rye spicyness balance to the hop flavor. Well done. Reid (2605) - Salem, Oregon, USA - MAY 5, 2013
16 oz can bought from "Lifesource" in Salem.
Bright pale orange coloured ale..again rather hazy and with a large and thick white head.
Resiny/spicy rye hop notes dominate the aroma..all rather good.
Well bitter taste..rye,resin dominate..though caramel comes through..but this is a hoppy pale a true PNW Pale.
Good palate on this one goes across the tongue well.
A good PNW Pale Ale.
