A uniquely aromatic and refreshing beer, Park blends Pilsner malt and Pale Wheat with Citra hops to create modern interpretation on the witbier style. Bière de garde yeast elevate Park’s tart, grapefruit flavors, yielding a fresh yet dry finish to this single hopped design. Park’s pale sunshine color and clean flavor make this the perfect beer to enjoy on a picnic blanket or around the campfire.

This is a perfect beer for what they are trying to do. Easy drinking and fruity, but from hops, not from hef yeast. Big hop aroma and it follows through in the flavor grapefruit and some grass followed by a very dry finish. very refreshing and could easily drink 6 of these. I didn't get Biere de Garde notes, but it was a very clean yeast nonetheless. good beer.

Grapefruit is ALWAYS a good idea!! Fan of that. Don’t love all those hops for a wheat but forgiven!

Draft at Hog & Rocks. Lightly hazy yellow body with a white head that leaves sheets of lace. Bright Mango and tropical fruit, crisp wheaty base, low bitterness. Crushable.

Golden, fizzy head. White crusty bread. Very drinkable body, light hoppy but good flavour. Great palate, nice brew! (33cl can at Carolines in Berkeley)

Can pours hazy yellow with a lasting white head. Aroma is wheat, grapefruit, tropical. Nice, balanced, medium hoppy, citrus and wheat. Medium bodied, somewhat crisp. Good.

Sexy can. Never sure what to expect from a "hoppy wheat." This one packs a punch - fruity, almost dank nose despite its lightness. Flavor is oh so refreshing. Tart and citrus forward. This is just a really nice surprise.

Hazy champagne yellow big white foam. Aroma.a gassy ozone, zesty coriander. Tastes sweet, hoppy juniper. Wheat quality is light, seems like a classic west coast pale with an extra flash of rusticity.

Barreras (1689) - Diamond Bar, California, USA - JUN 12, 2016
Pours a golden yellow color with a light tropical fruit aroma. Taste is similar, with a sweet corn flavor. Easy drinking including the bitterness in the aftertaste.

"Hoppy Wheat Beer" Park is generously hopped with Citra hops in every step of the brewing process, resulting in a fantastic grapefruit and passion fruit aroma and flavor. Our unique biere de garde yeast supplements the fragrant aspects of the beer and provides a slightly tart and dry finish. Really did not know what to expect, cloudy golden hue, great citra hops flavor and fruit finish produced a great tasting and unique brew. Well worth trying.

12 oz can from bhensonb. Pours light gold with a thick white head and a grapefruit aroma. There is a light wheat flavor with some tropical fruit and a dry finish.
