3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask: medium dirty brown, mahogany edges. Nutty roast and brett sourness up front, fades to nothing. Flavor much the same, dries out near finish from the brett character. Not bad but different.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JUL 2, 2007 On tap: The aroma consists of chocolate with sour fruitiness with some brett-like characteristics. It’s a dark hazy orangish-brown with a small beige head. The flavor starts with a quick dose of faint chocolate but quickly finishes with a lambic-like sourness with some faint citrusy wheat notes and acidity. Certainly an experiment that produced a different and interesting result.
