1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Clear gold with a lasting, creamy white lacy head. Smells of corn, malt, cereal, metal and sulphur. Light thin body with lively carbonation. Lots of adjuncts. Tastes like grass and water, barley and syrup. Not much on flavour or finish. Mostly cardboard water. Its not offensive because there’s nothing here.
Not a lot of difference with the normal Fosters, maybe a bit sweet, but again, boring and uninspiring. elcanton (12) - - OCT 7, 2017
Actually better than its Australian counterpart. Still bad thou. At least not as watery and have some taste (it's corn).
Interesting I bought this in Sydney. When it says Melbourne on the can but it's actually Edinburgh…

CAN. Clear golden, sticky white head. Clean pale malts aroma, pretty nice like a good German Helles. Watery lager body, pale malts, a hint of cardboard, soft body, no hops. Not bad. p0urmeac0ld0ne (208) - Merthyr Tydfil, WALES - AUG 22, 2017
this is in no way whatsoever a work of art, but fosters remains a decent lager on tap or in a can (or bottle, if available). as far as bog-standard british pints in the sun goes, you can’t go far wrong with fosters, which i find has a bit more of a malty taste than most of the everyday offerings of the british drinking hole. steveddy (32) - Chichester, West Sussex, ENGLAND - JUL 16, 2017

UPDATED: JUN 24, 2017 What can you say about Fosters? To this day it still remains one of the best selling lagers in the UK, both on draught and in cans\bottles. The aroma is a fairly non-distinct citrus and malt. The taste is sweeter than most lagers with some citrus, floral and grainy corn syrup flavours. I have fond memories of mixing this with Strongbow to make snake bites. This is a mediocre lager, only notable for being sweeter than say Carlsberg or Carling. sephyrott (221) - - MAY 3, 2017
Half pint from keg at The Brookhouse. Light, clear lager, good if there is not other lager on offer BrewCaptain2 (15) - - APR 26, 2017
a quality lager may still receive a poor score because lagers are difficult to be "special", but this is typical malt water. no aroma, hint of malt in the back end, slightly "soil" taste. MAGICuenca91 (82) - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, SPAIN - FEB 11, 2017
UPDATED: FEB 17, 2017 Decente pale lager. Me sorprendió un poco su aroma a cereal intenso. Posee una apariencia amarillo pálido con una fina corona de espuma blanca. Sabor correcto pero suave (bajo cuerpo) y un paladar a la par.
