Clear gold with a lasting, creamy white lacy head. Smells of corn, malt, cereal, metal and sulphur. Light thin body with lively carbonation. Lots of adjuncts. Tastes like grass and water, barley and syrup. Not much on flavour or finish. Mostly cardboard water. Its not offensive because there’s nothing here.
F: big, white, good retention.
C: gold, clear.
A: malty, corny, sweet grainy, hint of caramel.
T: malty, sweet grassy, sweet bread, light to medium body, medium carbonation, macro lager as well, 440ml can from Waitrose supermarket in Horsham.

UPDATED: JUN 24, 2017 What can you say about Fosters? To this day it still remains one of the best selling lagers in the UK, both on draught and in cans\bottles. The aroma is a fairly non-distinct citrus and malt. The taste is sweeter than most lagers with some citrus, floral and grainy corn syrup flavours. I have fond memories of mixing this with Strongbow to make snake bites. This is a mediocre lager, only notable for being sweeter than say Carlsberg or Carling. sephyrott (109) - - MAY 3, 2017
Half pint from keg at The Brookhouse. Light, clear lager, good if there is not other lager on offer BrewCaptain2 (15) - - APR 26, 2017
a quality lager may still receive a poor score because lagers are difficult to be "special", but this is typical malt water. no aroma, hint of malt in the back end, slightly "soil" taste. MAGICuenca91 (82) - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, SPAIN - FEB 11, 2017
UPDATED: FEB 17, 2017 Decente pale lager. Me sorprendió un poco su aroma a cereal intenso. Posee una apariencia amarillo pálido con una fina corona de espuma blanca. Sabor correcto pero suave (bajo cuerpo) y un paladar a la par.

Aroma: Light musty.
Appearance: Clear golden color. Long lasting white head.
Taste: Light sweet, light musty, light corny sweet.
Palate: Medium body. Light astringent finish.
Overall: Not bad macro lager.
Can. A gift, sort of. Clear gold. Patchy, white head. Syrupy nose. Some grain. Taste is like beer vomit. It’s drinkable just about. A tick is a tick... Evilman (236) - Taverny, FRANCE - OCT 20, 2016
UPDATED: OCT 20, 2016 Well, that?s not great, in fact it?s rather bad but not especially outrageous. Average lager only useful during a warm afternoon, ?cause beside that, this beer is neither pleasant to drink or able to get you drunk. Very basic taste like hundreds of other cheap lagers, and LOL at the "amber nectar" mention, commercial bullshit as usual. Disappointing and I was not expecting much. Can. Basic mass produced lager, not offensive, simple taste and flavours. Quenched my thirst on a hot day.
