Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted - dark malt, sugary, sweet malt, toffee - butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, dark malt, toffee, light roasted - toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170407]

FatPhil (17334) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - AUG 6, 2017
1L bottle (HBF2017) (6:4:5:3:11=2.9)
Looks decent - dark, with a tight beige head. Very lithuanian buttery aroma. Taste similar. Odd grassiness or herbal aspect in the finish. Sweet and kinda boring to Anna, but sweet and kinda fun to Phil.

midovark (1138) - Budapest, HUNGARY - APR 26, 2017
Bottle @ BAK Hütte. Pours black colour with quickly disappearing, beige head. Coffee, roasted notes and caramel in aroma and taste. Ligh body, soft carbonation. Average, but not bad.

Hermod (8517) - Vantaa, FINLAND - APR 7, 2017
1l bottle @ hbf 2017. Poured near black with a thin off white head. Aroma has bread, malts, sweetness. Flavor has bread, malts, sweetness, dryness towards finish. Toasty notes.

Pallleon (508) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 16, 2017
Úgy érzed, hogy ez a sör majd földbe döngöl. Aztán kiderül a keserű csalódás. Van fekete kávé, pörkölt maláta, de nem áll össze egésszé ez a sör.

MetalMurphy (777) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 29, 2016
bottle @ supermarket (budapest) dark brown colour, medium body, semi carbonated, roasted malty domination, coffee, dark chocolate, smoked aroma

pityu (681) - Budapest, HUNGARY - AUG 9, 2016
Bottle - Black colour, small, bubbly tan head, not so good durablity. Sharp roasted aromas of coffee and burnt breadcrust. Taste is unbalancedly roasted with coffee and some ash. Medium body and carbonation, a bit watery mouthfeel, sharp and a bit astringent roasted finish. Not bad, but its too offensively roasted for a schwarzbier.

Fules (1431) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - MAY 1, 2016
Jó nagy, tömör, kávébarna, nagyon tartós hab. No igen, fekete. Csak a pörkölt maláta érezhető, kifejezetten fekete kávés az illata. Feketekávés, pörkölt malátás íz, picike savanykás mellékízzel. Utóíze ugyanaz, bár a savanykássága egy picit felerősödik.

kustie (1383) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 3, 2015
[email protected] Dark brown color with small brown head. Taste is malty sweet with long dry aftertaste. Flavors of roasted malt, chocolate, some hops.

BeerBaboon (2144) - FINLAND - SEP 2, 2015
