Pretty great for what it is. Tons of hop aroma (citrus, resin, pine) and some good hop taste throughout with a bit of bitter at the end. Light toasted/biscuit malt taste. Similar to a hoppy APA.

Great taste, very balanced aroma. Positive example of US ale. Persistent foam. Thumbs up!

The strange hop to the aroma kind of sweet. A nice initial flavor with some hops, but like most session IPAs they don’t have anything in the backend, which I feel is necessary

Pours medium to light golden - nice white head. Aroma is quite enticing - heavy on the resinous piney notes but some citrus mixed in - good stuff. Flavor is nice as well - plenty of hop bitterness to work with a relatively weak malt backbone (not that I was expecting much of one). Light bodied - this lived up to my expectations as a nice, sessionable beer. Don’t know how often I’ll pick up a sixer, but I sure won’t shy away from this down the road.

355 ml can via Piscator34. Pours a light straw with a subtle haze and a large pillowy white head. Aromas are heavy resin, tropical fruit, and citrus hops. Tastes are reflective of the aromas but really well balanced and not quite as assertive on the pine resin. Light to medium body, assertive carbonation, and a medium hoppy finish. Really nice beer.

Golden liquid with a big white head. Refreshing citrus aroma and taste. Really nice ipa at a low ABV.

Golden pour with some white head. Doesn’t smell like much. Flavor is some light citrus and bitter notes. Not hugely great but not bad, either.

DATE TASTED: December 27, 2015... GLASSWARE: Brew at the Zoo pint...OCCASION: lazy Sunday, football watching and Lego building... APPEARANCE: mushroom cloud of head explodes in an off-white sponge and cloud... the wake left exhibits respectable coral lacing... body is slightly hazy, golden orange and lightly carbonated... AROMA: mango, tangerine, and grapefruit make for a tropical waft of hops--nothing dank here... malts are light, wispy suggestions of fresh biscuit; slight return of pine, nowhere near its less sessionable brethren... PALATE: medium-bodied and reasonable in its weight; highly drinkable, as the label propounds; slightly sloughing in its intensity after the initial burst of effervescence; leaves a pleasant, brief aftertaste.. TASTE: a balanced start, with grapefruit and mango blending with fresh toasted bread; secondary flavors of pine and lemon grass--the latter of which is soft and almost wheat-like in its smoothness...OVERALL: as expected, it’s either a toned-down IPA or a slightly more flavorful pale--tough to dispute its utility, regardless of its muddling of nomenclature...

12oz bottle - pours a clear golden yellow with a thin whitish head. The aroma smells of grapefruit, barely a whiff of pine and peach. Decent flavor for a session IPA - thin and hoppy. I taste light citrus hops and a hint of biscuit. Refreshing, light and quaffable.
