About average body and malt for a session. Slightly above average flavor for the style, but wouldnt put this in the top tier or anything. Smooth and crisp like most of the Founders that Ive tried. Only tried a single for now, but a good preview for the upcoming hot season.

Beerathon (1683) - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 31, 2015
This is possibly the best session IPA on the market, ranks right up there with Lagunitas DayTime. Super easy drinking, disappears quickly. Light mouthfeel, nice blend of malt and hops, moderate bitterness. Good stuff.

It realy is all day IPA. Its very crisp and light beer. But in the same time it has awesome bitterness, short and strict. Great beer.

Draft. Light, slightly opaque, amber color; minimal off-white head with substantial lacing. Pine aroma isn't overpowering. Piney notes with citrus notes and bitterness in the finish. Easy drinkability. Pleasant session IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can from SB 150328. Nice hazy amber with lacing white head. Much citrus, passionfruit and pine in the nose. Pleasant bitterness but a bit watery, though. Very good for its low ABV. Like. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice looking with a bitter, fruity taste. A bit too bitter for my taste when it comes to IPAs.

Fruity hop aroma on the weak side for IPAs. Slight metallic taste which reminds of lagers. Long middle bitterness.

This is what youre go to ipa tastes like. Hops are great and balanced. The finish is smooth and works all alone or with food. Enjoy it.
