lovely jubbly. i could drink it all day and often do. still think ’session ipa’ is a bit of a non-category.

355ml bottle. BB 4/11/14. Pours a touch lighter than deep gold, slightly opaque, with a large frothy white head which quickly disappeared but left lovely lacing. Aroma of pine, paw paw and grapefruit. Medium bitterness in quite a pleasant sort of way. Very restrained. Medium body, smooth texture and a lingering bitter finish. Very sessionable.

Bottle. Clear yellow, medium frothy white head. Aroma has pine, pineapple, citrus and flower. Taste has pine, citrus, ripe fruit, some wood. Body is smooth, aftertaste is a bit bitter and dry. Just a little watery, but nothing serious.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy fine to medium sized light tan colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a softly carbonated transparent orange colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was hoppy and musty. The crisp and clean mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of orange peel citrus and hops. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

Note - I usually do not drink IPA, however, I thought I would give this a try. Hops, hops, hops. Strong citrus hop aroma. Rather nice amber pouring beer with very thin head that disappears rather quickly. Amazingly subdued when drinking. Hops are very strong, but not overpowering. Crisp, clean, finish. Overall, a very good session beer.

Special øl, enten kan man lide IPA eller også kan man ikke. Smagen er ikke lige mig.
