It’s like drinking a pineapple pine tree. Lots of hops and almost no malt to speak of. It’s like one of the hoppiest session ales I’ve ever tasted. A lot of citrus and a crazy hoppy punch. Also it has one of the best hop aromas I’ve ever encountered... Yes... Founders is still a winner.
12 oz bottle. Pours a clear light amber with a small white head. Bitter with hoppy aromas of spruce with notes of grapefruit. Also hints of a malty backbone. Medium bodied. Medium carbonation and bitter finish. FraekkeFyr87 (535) - - JUN 24, 2017
The aroma is full of hops, malts, grain, pine, lemon, citrus, caramel and barley. The color is caramellike. The taste is full of hops, malts, lemon, citrus and caramel. Not impressive at all! garroch (30) - - JUN 22, 2017
Bought in a can from every bodega ever. Pours dark gold with a light fluffy head. Pine and bread on the nose, palate follows and adds some grapefruit and dank nugs. Satisfying bitterness lingers with piney weedy goodness. Light to medium mouth feel without a hint of booze. Solid as hell for such a light beer. Excellent for what it is.

Pale golden-yellow color with a small white head, which quickly recedes into a ring. Medium body, light carbonation, no lacing. Hoppy and grassy aroma of pine, citruses, resins, some pineapple, grapes, grains and herbs. Hoppy and earthy taste with similar aromas as in scent, accompanied with hints of mango, caramel and citrus zest. Aftertaste is also hoppy, but not too overwhelming. Perfect balance. Easy drinkable, juicy and refreshing. This IPA is a must-try for every IPA enthusiast. Crossyard (1) - - JUN 19, 2017 does not count
A really good and drinkable IPA that's a little bit above your normal everyday IPA

Again, IPA's are not for me. Tastes and smells like pine needles. Founders rules. All day IPA does not.

Nice clear gold appearance with small white head. Nose is herb and classic ipa smell. On the low side, the citrus finish is a bit too acid. Good IPA overall. 33cl can. Acaro (174) - Madrid, SPAIN - JUN 17, 2017
Aroma: Floral and herbs..
Appearance: Ambar color with clear liquid and white head.
Taste: Light sweetness with heavy bitter touch.
Palate: Medium body witth oily texture and average carbonation. Long bitter grapefruit finish.
Overall: Great beer to have cold in summer without renouncing to a strong flavour. The aroma is a bit subtle but it’s compesated with the rest of the features. AleRider78 (1046) - Winchester, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 11, 2017
Got a 6 pack at LCBO. Pours an average size frothy white head that dissipates to a very thin layer. Has a pale golden appearance. Decent lacing. Aromas are fruity, orangey and some floral notes. Flavours are also quite fruity, lots of tropical fruit notes, citrus and floral hops. Slight bitterness, but also a bit of sweetness. Medium body. Average carbonation.
