Bottle: Pours light amber with no head. Great aroma of smooth hops and citrus. Great beer. thome50 (1294) - Morro Bay via Orange County, California, USA - APR 12, 2012
Bottle. Pours a golden orange with light white head. Aroma is hoppy with tropical notes and no malt sweetness. (Bottled 3 weeks from when I opened the bottle.) Taste is more tropical notes, some slight bitterness but not overpowering and just the right amount of slight sweetness. Overall, damn. This is an outstanding session beer and one that I wish was canned so I could pound one everyday while cooking dinner and that it would cost 50cents a can. Instead, this costs $2+ a bottle and isnít available locally. SOL DrnkMcDermott (3096) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - APR 20, 2012
12 oz bottle, dated 2/2/12. A nice slightly copper color in the glass. Foam resolves to IPA style legs. Big smell of citrus and piny hops. That big hop snoot is in the mouth, too. Plenty of hop bitterness plus pine resin and, hmmÖ grapefruit citrus comes to mind first. Yes, a session beer with imperial strength hops! markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - MAY 1, 2012
12oz bottle from The Wine Merchant, Findlay, OH. Pours an orange-gold with a white head. Nose is a nice bit of grapefruit, slight orange, and some slight floral notes. Flavor is very similar- light malt, nice grapefruit, some floral notes. It is not a heavy-hitter, but thatís kind of the point, isnít it? Light in body and in the top echelon of session beers. theisti (4113) - Kansas, USA - MAY 22, 2012
Nonic pint draft at Matt the Millers in Dublin, Ohio. The pour is orange golden, lightly hazed with a small white head. The aroma is floral, resin, softly dank hop, with a light whisper of toast malt. The taste is sweet honey floral that gives way quicky to the resin and dankness. The nose closes with the toasted malt, a dry cracker finish. There is also some tangerine fruit present as it warms. The palate is medium bodied, nice active carbonation, and a dry crisp finish - perhaps a tad watery in the finish, though this didnít bother me. This was really nice - very pleasant flavors, super easy drinking.

Bottle 12 oz. Straw color, white wispy head. Aroma is caramel, citrus, bubblegum. Flavor is crisp, malt, citrus, dry. Really a great beer that lives up to the hype. ElGaucho (2401) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - JUN 14, 2012
Bottle procured somewhere in Kalamazoo, MI. Really nice fruity hop aroma with some bubble gum. Hazy gold with plentiful, small bubble carbonation. Thin off white head. Initial taste is a little dryer than the aroma would suggest, but alas, this is only a 4.8% brew. Hop bitterness is front of palate. This is a great session ale. Would love them to A) bump it to 5.2% for a smidge more sweetness and B) make it available in Minnesota! Outstanding effort! zgaier (1951) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - JUN 16, 2012
Pours a hazy golden orange with a white head and unique, great aroma of grapefruit, peach, and malt. Taste is sweet and light, of grapefruit, peaches, citrus, and hops with a smooth finish. Light, drinkable, great tasting brew. Doghair (312) - Illinois, USA - JUL 18, 2012
Poured into a tulip. Sort of a nice light orange amber with a white foam. Dissipates very quickly to a small ring with a little lacing. The smell is a wonderful hoppy citrus with a bit of spruce. Taste is light, clean and fresh citrusy hops with a mildly bitter finish. Light mouthfeel with good carbonation. Overall great session IPA. I could easily see myself going through quite a few of these. Beermack (725) - London, ENGLAND - JUL 30, 2012
12oz bottle courtesy of pellegjr - thanks Joey! Pours copper/gold with thin white head. Aroma is mango, grapefruit, pine, herbal notes, light citrus zest - so fresh! Taste is a beautiful mix of subtle tropical fruit, pine, and light malt sweetness; light summery body and a tasty hop zing to finish. I'd swim the Atlantic to be able to have this as a regular session ale!
