Wonderful aroma, rich, deep and sweet with heady alcohol, malty, caramel smell. Beautiful dark caramel color. Strong and sweet taste - definitely a sipper.

Kolor: miedziany, klarowny.
Piana: obfita, drobnopęcherzykowa, dość trwała.
Zapach, dobrze zbalansowany aromat, beczka i słody na równym poziomie, ciemne suszone owoce, lekki karmel, akcenty opiekane, wyraźny bourbon, beczka, trochę drewna, brak alkoholu.
Smak: wyraźna pełnia, słodycz słodowa, daktyle, rodzynki, ciemne, suszone owoce, bourbon, beczka, drewno, lekki karmel, nuty opiekane, goryczka w kierunku średniej, alkohol delikatnie wyczuwalny.
Wysycenie: średnie.

Pours clear dark amber with some nice and quite stable creamy colored head. Aroma of dried fruits, brown sugar, spices, some light vanilla notes, wood and a lot of alcohol. In taste high caramely sweetness that suddenly turns into a long roasty and earthy bitternes. Medium bodied. Solid ale but very boozy. It could use some more aging. I would also expect the whisky notes to be more intensive.

A growler from Delhi liquor. Low carbonation or perhaps a bit flat? An in your face scotch ale. Lots of character. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2017 So much caramel with oaky taste. Its very warming beer for cold weathers. Only with aging.

heman (1110) - Tychy, POLAND - SEP 5, 2017
Melasa, wywar z suszu owocowego i cukier trzcinowy, wytrawny smak drewna i bourbonu. Goryczka średnio-niska, z nieco alkoholowym zacięciem. Finisz jest nieco taninowy i ściągający od bardzo wyraźnego wpływu drewna, wanilia w posmaku.

Inyensywny aromat suszonych owoców. Figi, rodzynki. Karmel. Jak w belgijskich quadach. W smaku sporo alko. Słodko. Rozgrzewająco.

Clear, dark brown beer with red twist. Head is small. Aroma has lots of fruits, raisins and plum, vanilla, bread and bourbon. Taste has fruits, lots of bourbon, vanilla and some berries. Full body. Bourbon and alcohol is quite dominant, but still this manages to keep in balance.

Bottle pour- pours dark amber with a frothy head and pungent aromas of caramel and scotch. Boozy and rich. Great sipper!

0.355 l bottle from ’Craftbeerspezialist’, apparently best before June 2017 according to the import label but not sure if that makes sense. Clear, very dark red with a medium large, foamy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly boozy and a bit fruity aroma of caramel, molasses, vanilla, some raisins and lots of bourbon. Rather sweet, malty, slightly fruity taste of molasses, vanilla, huge bourbon, whisky, raisins, butterscotch and a touch of oak, followed by a long, moderately bitter, pleasantly boozy finish. Full body, almost oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Massive beer, moreish, very heavy barrel character on an already heavy base beer. Great sipper!
