Piana drobna trwała, zdobi szkło. Kolor ciemny bursztyn wpadający w czerwień. Aromat piwo od razu atakuje olbrzymia wanilią, beczką, płatkami kokosowymi, na dalszym planie lekka słodycz, karmel. Aromat powala mega przyjemny.

Bottle, 355mL. Home. A sparkling beautiful dark brown mahogany beer with a big oily-look beige head ; medium retention ; ok lacing. Bourbon woody nose, bourbon, caramel, prune, roast, black chocolate. Medium round sweet, warming, light dry fresh bitter. Good body, elegant, syrupy texture, soft carbonation, sweet bourbon chocolate dry caramel finish. Overall, delicious :) Caramel character is usually not my favorite thing but the whole aromatic landscape is really good balanced.

Bottle from Purvis at Brian’s house. Pours cloudy dark brown with red tinge thin cream head. Big aroma of vanilla oak, sweet caramel and dark cherries. Flavour is Christmas cake, oak, vanilla, prune etc and plenty of it. Taste is mainly sweet with some bitterness to balance. Palate is thick and creamy with big alcohol lift. Overall excellent for this style. A great sipper.

0.355l bottle thanks to Cristobal37. Vintage 2015. Hazy dark ruby body with an orangish light brown head. Aroma of whiskey, vanilla, raisins, wood, cloves and burnt sugar. Taste of toast, whiskey, raisins, chocolate, wood and a nice amount of floral hops. Great beer.
