2010 bottle. Pours a dark copper, brown color with a white head that goes away quickly. Aroma is whiskey, oak, vanilla, and quite sweet. Wow, this smells good. Taste is malty and oak, with a little bit of bourbon coming through. Very warming. Texture is thin and a little sticky. Nice finish. I look forward to this one every year.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2017 Strong bourbon aroma from the first sniff. Pours black as the night. Bourbon flavour is joined by a caramel and burnt toffee flavour. Very drinkable but at over 11% it has to be sipped!

W aromacie nuty drewniane, bourbonowe, wanilia, kokos, klej do tapet, parkiet, śliwki.

Butelka. Piękna rubinowa barwa. W aromacie bourbon, beczka, delikatna nuta wanilii. W smaku mocny bourbon, karmel, wiśnie, migdały. Nuta ostra daje o sobie znak na finoszu. Alkohol wychodzi, trochę grzeje przełyk.

Bottle. Medium dark tar with a lovely tan head subsiding slow. Scent is medium dense notes of bourbon casks. Quite rich, creamy, and sweet. Caramel. Taste is consistent, full bodied with quite a punch of tannins. Some sugar on the lips. Warming. Very great.
